Sponsorship Packages
The Optimal Outcomes Conference intends to work toward greater equity and justice.
- Partner with Optimal Outcomes to fund the cost of attendance for ten people of color or members of the LGBTQIA+ community.
- Organization name/logo listed in participant folders
- Recognition of your sponsorship through three virtual spotlights (Instagram/Facebook/MN Affiliate of the ACNM Website). Initially with sponsorship registration and one month prior to the event
- Opportunity to set-up display table in exhibit hall at conference
- Two lunches included for sponsor table attendant
- One complimentary conference registration
- Inclusion of organization name/logo on “passport” participants will use to visit with sponsors in the exhibit hall
(This sponsorship is intended for large organizations with an operating budget > $1 Million)

(This sponsorship level is reserved for community non-profits approved by the Optimal Outcomes Committee)

At either sponsorship level, you have an opportunity to sponsor breakfast, lunch, coffee, or cocktail gathering for an additional $150.
- Includes signage at buffet/bar and recognition in conference program.

Please consider sponsoring one or more conference scholarships at $200 per scholarship.
Sponsorship Rules & Regulations
Sponsor: If written notice of cancellation is received one month prior to the event, a refund less a $200 administrative fee will be made.
Vendor: If written notice of cancellation is received one month prior to the event, a refund of 50% the Vendor registration fee will be made.
